Tummy discomfort...

I seriously must give my stomach a rest.

I have been feeling bloated for weeks due to much eating. Ever since getting married to my wonderful wife, I have been overeating.

Breakfast - 20% more than before, including the extra 2 piece of bread I bring to the office.
Lunch - same as usual.
Dinner - 15-20% more due to our trying "not to keep leftover food". I know this is a very bad habit and I remind my wife not to cook more than we can eat, almost daily. (And also not to buy more than we can keep/eat.)
Supper/Snacking - Don't know why but I am getting this tendency to snack almost every night. I feel hungry even after I just had dinner. Must stop !

So much gas in the system I could take off like a rocket soon.
And tummy is uncomfortable.

Have taken 2 different types of pill :
- B&H capsule, a herbal concoction to prevent stomach discomfort by means of detoxification.
- Pil Chi-Kit Teck Aun after lunches to soothe the gaseous system.

It seemed to help.

But, I must, STOP this food excess. I am hesitant, but I know, that I must stop BEER too.
